Recent Case Studies

Tower Place Modernisation

Tower Place is a landmark building in Central London, designed by Foster and Partners. It is a striking building situated next to the world-famous Tower of London, it consists of two blocks over seven levels, incorporating significant architectural features and is highly energy-efficient building.

Helicon Full Modernisation

Helicon was constructed in the mid-1990’s as a part of the regeneration of the Moorgate area. It is a Landmark building comprising nine floors above ground and two below. The equipment consists of original Schindler passenger, goods and vehicle lifts. MKM were awarded the tender for a full modernisation of the six-car group, scenic passenger lifts.

Millbank Tower Maintenance Services

Millbank Tower is a landmark building beside the River Thames, it comprises the 32-floor high rise tower and the low-rise building. MKM were asked to provide maintenance services to ensure essential passenger transport to the fully occupied building.

Millbank Tower Lift Equipment Modernisation

Millbank Tower is a landmark building beside the River Thames, it comprises the 32-floor high rise tower and the low-rise building. The equipment consists of original Otis equipment which was installed circa 1970. MKM were asked to update selected crucial lift equipment.

Dolphin Square Estate Maintenance Services

Dolphin Square is a prestigious residential building in the heart of London. MKM were asked to provide maintenance services for the entire, fully occupied, residential estate and took over from the original equipment manufacturer following a detailed and extensive tender process.

Dolphin Square Equipment Update Programme

Dolphin Square is a prestigious residential building in the heart of London consisting of 13 mid-rise blocks around a central square with retail and conference facilities. MKM were asked to provide proposals and a programme to update the lift equipment across the estate.
